5.2 Withdrawal Process

The user's account must be fully verified (KYC completed) to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase in exceptional circumstances or if additional verification is required.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.

• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's gaming activity. dcd99 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity (such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or bonus washing) will be considered a serious violation and the account will be closed immediately.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

dcd99 ensures fair play in all games. All our games are operated using third-party technology. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and verifiable.

7.2 Responsible Gaming

7.3 Technical Errors

Account Suspension and Closure

dcd99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time, for any reason or for no reason. In particular, when:

• There is suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms.
• Unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Failure to complete the KYC process.
• At the direction or request of legal authorities.

9.2 Account Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure that your balance has been cleared and all pending bets have been settled. After the account is closed, you will need to contact the support team to reactivate it.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
